Todd R. Panzer

Todd Panzer, APRN-C, FNP-C, is the founder and lead provider at Panzer Concierge Medicine. Prior to starting PCM, Todd was practicing at Ocala Family Medical Center since 2005. He is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at USF. He also sits on the boards of the ELC and the Women's Pregnancy Center in Ocala.

Todd and his wife, Lisa, reside in the peaceful horse country of Ocala, where they're raising six children—Taylor, Dylan, Alex, Jaydin, Mark, and Hope.

They are passionate about fostering and adoption. They are members of Meadowbrook Church, where they attend and serve. They enjoy any time spent on their boat, in their RV, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Renee Hogan

Renee Hogan, APRN-C, ANP-C, has been a board-certified adult nurse practitioner since 1996.

She has worked in varied areas during her career which includes: adjunct faculty - nursing instructor, administration, research, education/lecturer, and Nephrology. She enjoys teaching and empowering her patients to help them achieve better health outcomes.

She and her husband have lived in Ocala since 2006. They Moved from South Florida to be able to spend more time with their children and grandchildren.

Renee and her husband enjoy RVing, hiking, skiing, and the beach.

Danielle Cussins

Danielle Cussins, APRN, FNP-C, has been a board-certified family nurse practitioner since 2021.

She has worked in a variety of settings throughout her 20-year nursing career including managerial and leadership roles, end of life care, home health care, as well as family practice. She aims to provide compassionate, holistic, evidence-based care through partnership with her patients to meet their individual needs as well as health care goals.

Danielle and her husband, James, have lived in Ocala for 18 years where they are raising their two boys, AJ and Brayden. They enjoy boating, fishing, football, and spending time together as a family.
